We are currently looking to hire:
We are seeking creative, energetic team players who are passionate about design to grow our multi-studio practice. Professional growth opportunities are available in our science and tech, civic/cultural, and workplace studios. Looking for self-directed individuals that can move tasks and portions of projects (exterior or interior detailing) forward with modest oversight. Excellent communication skills and a sound working knowledge of architecture principles are essential.
Required: Graduates of accredited architecture programs with 6+ years of experience and licensure in process or completed.
Primary Roles and Responsibilities include:
- Working closely, on a day-to-day basis, with the project designer, project manager, and other team members
- Developing project documents during the design, bidding, and construction phases
- Coordinating the drawing work of the design team
- Coordinating the efforts of the specialized consultants
- Communicating the project related issues and decisions to the client
- Assisting with project presentations to the client and others as required
- Meeting established project budgets and schedules
- Implementing the project quality control measures
- Coordinating with the construction team, on a day-to-day basis, during the construction phase of the project
- Effectively utilizing technical software and graphic tools; with required proficiency in Revit, some knowledge of SketchUp and AutoCAD, and competence in Adobe Creative Suite applications
- Participating in firm-sponsored training and professional development activities
- Collaborating with team members and stakeholders through flexible work arrangements

We seek a creative and energetic design architect to join our multi-studio practice. Designers work in conjunction with lead designers to develop concepts that meet projects’ aspirational and practical goals.
We value collaborative individuals who are passionate about planning best practices and sustainability; who understand the importance of integrating systems and infrastructure in design; who are interested in the integration of materials, assemblies, and detailing; and who have an ability to bring innovative design ideas to a project through their broad knowledge and experience.
Required: Graduate of an accredited architecture program with 10+ years of experience and diverse knowledge of architecture principles, practice, and design detailing. An architectural license is preferred.
Primary roles and responsibilities include:
- Working closely on a day-to-day basis with the lead designer, project manager, and other team members to develop graphic and written design solutions for client approval
- Creating project visuals including renderings and concept diagrams during the design phases
- Researching and evaluating project context including site, surrounding buildings, and urban planning
- Evaluating projects in the context of relevant local, state, and federal regulations
- Analyzing and selecting building materials and systems
- Communicating design-related topics and decisions to the design team and the client
- Assisting, or leading, with presentations to the client and others
- Effectively utilizing software and graphic tools with required proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, and Enscape; some knowledge of AutoCAD; competence in Adobe Creative Suite applications; and experience in Grasshopper and Rhino
- Collaborating with team members and stakeholders through flexible work arrangements
